We offer our guests a choice of six rooms (four double/twin & two one-bedroom suites) all en-suite with full facilities. There is also a residents’ lounge with fully stocked bar, award-winning restaurant, spa, hot tub, relaxation room, BBQ hut and golf facilities including club storage, drying room, practice bunker and putting green.

Each of our rooms have been skilfully designed to maximise guests’ comfort and a dram of malt whisky awaits in each room to provide a true Scottish welcome!

Garleton Lodge holds Visit Scotland 5-Star accreditation together with a Gold Award added in 2018 in recognition of our excellent customer care and hospitality. Our restaurant has been awarded a Visit Scotland Taste Our Best Award every year since opening in 2017.

In addition to the golf courses, Marshall Meadows is the perfect location for exploring Northumberland, the Scottish Borders, and East Lothian. Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle are all within bay reach, whilst both Edinburgh and Newcastle are only 40 minutes by train.

The 27 elegant and grand rooms are all individually decorated and provide a unique, luxurious feel. The Master Suite has breathtaking sea views, as well as two junior suites, three premier rooms and twelve classic rooms. The stables feature three suites, as well as one additional junior suite. In the grounds, there are also five luxury pods with hot tubs. The pods are ideal for two adults , with the innovative shape designed to minimise energy in its use of lighting, cooling and heating.

Restaurant 1782 is an award-winning fine dining experience. With views of the exquisite grounds and the North Seas, the atmosphere and quality of the menu is difficult to surpass. The à la carte menu takes advantage of fresh, local ingredients, with seasonal menus bringing out the best of Northumberland’s best produce.
